The only thing I'd add here is you should always be over signing players.
If you need three, sign six. Half will bust.
The ones who think if you need three, sign three, are falling into Dunning-Kruger trap.
You draft 10 players in the NFL and expect to get five good players. You should be thinking the same in recruiting. Get 10-12 good players per recruiting class and wish the rest luck on their future endeavors.
