We expected to get this kid or staying out west?

Saying Cam cost us games is pure insanity. There is a strong argument that Cam saved the program as we know it. His Heisman level of play allowed a bridge to the next year. We have anyone else at QB in 24 with that defense and we are a 7-5 or 6-6 team again. Momentum dies and we just arent in the position we are in today as a premier program.
Cam Ward is the difference between where we had been and where we are today. Were it not for him the whole thing would’ve tanked because that would have been three consecutive not so good seasons.

Quick, someone tell me what Beck's last throw as a Hurricane was???

Last time I checked, Cam did cost us games for not taking the check down and last time I checked, Beck took us to the national championship game. Again, all facts, but by all means say whatever you will. Lol
Man if u give Cam Ward Beck’s defense. We would’ve went undefeated & blew the doors off of errbody! Including Indiana! BIG PAUSE

So, to tie this all together, We expect to sign Woodard because Cam cost us games and Beck's last throw as a Cane was cringe worthy. For those of you who do not want to read all 54 pages, though I do urge you to as it is some scorching hot takes, I summed it up for you. For those along for this ride, stay tuned as I am certain we will find out what Woodard's favorite BBQ is, whiskey, as well as WWE Superstar..............

It’s a blessing that we have our class locked up in summer. But the board takes a hit because of it. How many recruiting threads have been nuked by ridiculous discussion because we are so confident on the trail right now 🤣

Great problem to have

Jacobs can't run routes either

EW is making a "business decision" at the end of the day. Cal / UCLA are easy / comfortable / fun choices because there are some coaches and players on both rosters that he has a history with. Neither team is expected to likely sniff the DFP during his 3-4 year tenure whereas at Miami the expectation is he will be playing in CFP games every season ... and have a chance for national exposure in meaningful games ... all of which go towards improving his visibility and draft stock. Would be tremendous to have him on the Canes roster ... joining the elite QB's that Miami is now signing.

More importantly since this is an Eli Woodard thread and he’s an awesome talent:

I’m at a C- grade at following recruiting these days. Thanks for the info. Now I know we are possibly flipping a talented CA receiver & that a Cam Ward/Carson Beck debate actually exist. Who knew?!
