You sure you want to stand behind this comment? Not trying to pick on you at all - most of your commentary is fair/good. Usually, younger OL adapt to the college run blocking faster than pass blocking. Usually being the key word. As far as I've read on CiS, Cantwell fits what I wrote to a Tee. I don't kow about Buchanon (assuming he's the other guard). I am pretty sure Samson graded out well in both. I don't remember McCoy's grades. I have no idea about Rodriguez at center. All that to the side, we all know how much Mario loves Bullyball. Even if we can't run block as well as last year (we won't - that was a veteran unit of studs), we will still be good enough and I can't see Mario changing his mantra/credo/actitud/theme of power running. Am I missing something? We are built for a wide open passing attack. We wont have this elite monstars OL this cycle and I believe the power run game will take a serious step back. In the meantime, we will have ability to go 4 wide with serious talent and a top 5 signal caller with a live arm at the helm. Imagine being a 4th CB on the field against this WR room? Its why I think we have a serious shot at going all the way. We will have a 24 type offense with an actual defense to match.
I'm not worried about McCoy. I thought he was good enough. My main worry is at C. I don't trust Rodriguez at all, that's why I keep saying I wish they went portal for the 65th year in a row at C. But hey I'm not an OL guy and Mario and Mirabal are some of the best in the business. You sure you want to stand behind this comment? Are we debating me using the adjective - serious as too strong? You already admit it wont be as good. You sure you want to stand behind this comment? That is what I hear - Cal and UCLA have coaches he likes etc. but neither one is anywhere near relevant in the National picture for CFP participation. Playing in meaningful games and CFP participation is a huge factor for elite players. Outstanding that UM is BACK in the title hunt discussion!!!I’m not sure why you think that

You 100% need therapy.I believe the power run game will take a serious step back.
What does "serious step back" look like? I take that to mean a fall off of a yard or more per carry across the season. Is that what you meant? Do you not want to quantify it? Are you talking about the number of running plays called vs passing plays? Are you talking situational? Did you willfully ignore the rest of my commentary in order to shield your ego? Do the returning RBs get any credit/mention for possibly (gasp) improving over the off-season? I mean we are talking hypotheticals and futurecasting here. I respectfully questioned your comment because of Mario's culture/credo. I don't think I'm stepping out on a limb to say Mario is pretty well known for his bullyball run-first offense. Your comment about the power run game sounds awfully hyperbolic to me, but hey what do I know. Maybe I need to see a therapist for anti-adjective bias syndrome.
One thing that gets lost is we have arguably the best pass protection running back in college football as well.I'm not worried about McCoy. I thought he was good enough. My main worry is at C. See ya there fuccface! They have several segments that can help you. There's a Narcissist curriculum, a sociopath deprogramming course, Gaslighting therapy, water aerobics, Advanced Guilt tripping, Confronting Your Fear of Directly Answering Questions (very popular so sign up fast), Blame Shifting for Beginners (pass on that one and wait til next term for the Advanced course), Contempt and Arrogance, a general D-bag wing. My last four trips I spent in the Failed Comedians section, but last time I ended up killing several other attendees because they died of laughter. I still have some money in my commissary fund; so we can meet up for lunch, I'll buy, and we can talk Canes football at recess. You 100% need therapy.
This screenshot just warmed my heart. I didn't have any doubts before, but now it's cemented. I'm in the right. You 100% need therapy.
