Guys, redshirts aren’t going to be a thing moving forward. They are pretty far into this process of moving to a 5 for 5 model. Will be finalized this month

I do agree we have more talented WRs than imaginable but gotta let the season play out like Bobby d said injuries happen….we rotate in more players on offense and defense than most teams so we’ll see what happens.

Even smaller injuries like CJ daniels being out for a few weeks gives younger guys enough opportunities over a 2-4 week period whereby they feel comfortable not transferring
 
We had 7 WRs with at least 7 catches and 100 receiving yards last year. (11 if you include RBs and TEs.)

Miles Morales and Peter Parker obv our top two WRs (Toney + Cooper)

Moore, Wingo, Upshaw, Jacobs and Vaughn round out that top 7. The catch distribution will be more spread out, instead of top 3 heavy like last year, this go round.

Yeup, all 3 freshmen in ‘25 took the older guys’ jobs. . . And the older guys were collectively higher rated

they care about the niners, raiders, and warriors but billionaires looking for handouts won out when they moved to South Bay, Vegas, and San Fran. Iggy said real fans left the warriors games when they moved to SF.

Actually, people in Oakland and the Berkeley area do not care about those teams, which is why the Warriors moved out of that area to San Francisco and they don’t care about the Raiders, which is why the Raiders moved to Las Vegas and they don’t care about the Oakland A’s, which is why the As moved out to. I will repeat it again, people in that part of this country do not give a fvck about sports because if they did, they wouldn’t have lost all their pro teams. Those are facts, not made up.

I think it has more to do with franchises trying to choke the cities for free stadiums. Vegas $tepped up. Oakland did not. The Raiders have largely sucked the past 20 years or so as well and that doesn't help.

I see a LOT of SF hats in orange and black being worn when I'm in the Bay area.

All that said, your point is not without merit. I simply think there's more to it than JUST fan apathy.

You’re wrong. Mark Davis, A’s owner, and Alameda county is/was poor. The Warriors moved like 20mins and the 49ers moved like an hour south - CLOSER to like Stanford lol

Denver is building a new stadium with private $$.

He's very good and I'd like him on the roster, but yes, as long as the portal is around in its current form, it's a huge trump card for any team with funds.
