Edsall may be gone

They have put money into that program but I think there's a difference b/w throwing money at a program and facilitating the construction of some major facilities. We'll see.

Yeah, it's a pretty decent gig. You have a huge benefactor in UA that wants to make the school the flagship school for their product, much like Oregon. They've committed to building a new facility and sinking a bunch of money into the program. I think that's very attractive for a prospective coach. And yeah, DMV area is not bad for talent and you're not to far from Hampton Roads area.

UA has been sinking money into that program for awhile. Money and facilities don't equal wins. That's an 8 or 9 win program at best. Good but small recruiting base that gets pilfered by better programs.

If they couldn't build a fence around that area with Locksley recruiting it's going to be a struggle for anyone because he's one of the best in the bidness.

Yeah the new coach would be wise to try to keep Locksley around. Guy gets it done on the recruiting end

In other words, you yentas are going are blabbering page after page about something that is pure speculation and assuredly not happening.

all are viable options for Folden

I'm not sure about the other recruits but Dwayne Haskins has said that he's staying there regardless. He said that he's there for the State not for the coach. It would be nice if the local players would feel that way about UM, some do but a lot don't.
