Ed Reed should definitely be added to the staff!! If that happens Miami would be in prime position to sign the #1 DB class every year.. Ed Reed on the same coaching staff as Richt, that would start a trend in CFB for sure.. "Every college coach would be signing former greats to the staff" BUT that's what would have to happen to compete with UM for recruiting.. BUT then CMR would take it to another level because then he would just hire another hall of famer to join the staff and after so many NO OTHER SCHOOL WOULD BEABLE TO COMPETE, because other schools just don't have the same amount of former greats like my Miami Hurricanes!!!
