If true, I think it would be to appease the lynching mob but could
Benefit reed who’s trying to get into the field of coaching/administration
I thought I was the only one lmaoWhat would ed Reed provide? He has no management experience. Would he be there just to assist in evaluating talent ?
I don't get what the **** a chief of staff is supposed to do
Shadows board is still around? It may be true cause other guys are posing it. But This is the dudes other twitter which was suspended a few days ago. He’s a weirdo and posts stuff from 247/CIS/shadows board and deletes it when it doesn’t happen View attachment 109672View attachment 109673
Is it a position of real substance and say..orrrr a program hype man??..who does this person answer to? Manny or is the middle man from the AD to manny..I need ******* answers!??
The private board portion of it.Shadows board is still around?
Then this essentially doesn’t make much senseits the admin assistant to the coach essentially
This reeks of a move to appease the fan base. But having Ed actually involved with evals seems like a good idea.
So he’s doing the ADs job..and some of mannys ?..everything u explained is directly on the ADs plate especially in football...at least i know that’s how it works in HS..I’d imagine it’s the same in cfbno at every program a COS is just an assistant to the HC. he helps with travel, helps you run a team essentially. takes over the **** that lets the HC focus on actual coaching

This is role above a assistant job...Having Ed coming on as COS is a very good thing! And, don't forget - this school loves to promote from within. He could start there and see what happens after that. I like it.
