I thought the improvement on defense was overrated. Sure, they produced more QBs sacks and were more disruptive but did not dominate a game against a team with a better than average offense. The DL is solid, and the LBs promising. The secondary worries me.

They gave up like 25 a game and like you said the back 4 are very, very suspect
