Why are these three ON OUR ******* PUNT TEAM?

I swear to God/Allah that if even one coach from this staff is retained I will become an FIU Golden Panthers fan.

It was maddening watching a bunch of lineman trying to make a tackle on that punt return TD, comically bad
 
I've brought this up before - we are very susceptible to long PRs because we essentially have 6 guys to cover punts. The other 5 are either worthless up backs (the ones you mentioned), a slow snapper and a worthless punter. Think about it - the returner basically only has to worry about the gunners and then it's over.

Some might tell that these players' position coach was relieved of his special team duties and they haven't hired a new one yet; not in the budget but waiting for the next coach to hire. Other position coaches also thought that they'd be unblockable...FWIW

AU, you've been all over this from the get go.
 
between me and AU i have noticed this idiocy for some time...and usually mention it every game on the gameday board.

You have three guys that pretty much have no chance in making a tackle in MOORE,Knighton, St.Louis, then add the snapper and punter thats 5 right there.

Jaquan Johnson has save so many TDS this year along with Rayshawn Jenkins or Redwine. because essentially there are like only 3 guys that can make a legit tackle on the punt team...and it makes no sense other than to give those guys pt for no apparent reason. I went ape sh*t about it last year when they had Corey **** King on the same unit.
 
our special teams units are sooo f*ckin slow. I mean they made Switzer legit on that run...dude did nothing of note...did u see the atempy by earl moore? lol....St Louis blowing a gasket to get down there?... Meanwhile Choc Gray, Michael Smith and others are on the bench going over dance routines.

I would load up my special teams units with TE's, LB'S if you want them in that blocking role or just to run down the **** field. Earl Moore couldnt wipe his own ***...and u expect him to make an open field tackle?

It's like in YMCA ball when I had to play certain players because everyone had to participate. Well, have them participate in something they're not setup for **** failure, huh?
 
Better question: why in the **** did we burn St. Louis red shirt to attempt to cover punt returns???

This is what I call the Blue ribbon culture...everyone should feel good and be rewarded for trying. The culture that AG emphasized reminds me of this....

I would encourage that! Maybe also take some English Comp classes there and learn how to express yourself w/o profanity.

I mentioned this 4 weeks ago and no one said anything about it. It's crazy coaching
