Not fair to Rumph. Gibson, regardless of what people say on here, just doesnt fit our system. He knows it too. If we ran a Zone Read, I bet he would be ours. Unfortunately, such is life.

Would love to add Clements as a GA in the coming years. Great guy and someone who is going to be an actual leader of men...far from the guy who claims to be one in Miami currently.

Fact is having former Canes as HC or position coaches is a plus at any program. Players can come from any school! Our recruiting success comes in part from having them ******** from NCAA run out of town. Our influence moving up the state like a plague to gayters and Noles. They increasingly relying on OOS players.

This is what bama does. Get the kids an education, if they don't make it into the NFL they coach ball at local high schools and keep the pipeline open.
