DYME LYFE/ED REED

Well, I be damned.....We actually disagree on this one, my friend. I actually like Adidas.

I bought dL once and that was the last one. I spent thirty something bucks on the Sebastian through the smoke shirt , it was pure cheap crap. Paper thin and it looked like it been in the washer and dryer 500 times.

The fabric was thinner and cheaper than a Hanes 3 pk.

I hate adidas but everything I’ve bought has been quality. No more dyme lyfe for me , I don’t care if it is ran by canes.

Sad to hear this, I am really digging the E. Reed shirts and I'm wanting to pull the trigger to pre-order but I want a shirt that will last too.

I don't have any Dyme Lyfe gear yet, mainly because I didn't like the way the quality of the shirts looked even online. This was back when The Chain first got hot and they looked like those thick cotton T's with the heavy neck band. I hate that sh-t. Maybe I'm wrong or it's changed. I'm gonna buy one of the white INT-return Ed T's for sure and check it out. Thanks for posting this, OP.

I have 3 or 4 shirts all ordered in the last 8 months and they are quality. Most important is they all fit the same. I don't have to guess when ordering. Not sure if Dyme changed some **** up but I wouldn't hesitate to order from them going forward.

Thanks I appreciate the feedback. 👍

The white Reed tee is original. Two thumbs up.

I like dyme life but the sizes have been irregular on the performance stuff. I have one tee wear the shirt is short and the sleeves are long. It’s a bad combo to say the least lol.
The regular cotton white shirts I have faded fast. It’s been since right before the Wisky game at the OB I bought from them. Has the quality improved? It seems like several of you think highly of the gear.

@reg ....The sizes don't seem true...and material is too thin...Give CaneinOrlando a 80% 20% Blend....Designs are okay, but my DYME LYFE apparel is my go to...

I'm not arguing with you over Dyme Lyfe, but you need to give the Adidas a chance, I have a ton of it, for both UM and OCSC. You have to check the sizes and material, but they have good stuff.

I'm an adidas fan as well. Their tri blends and vintage wear stuff is great.

What's the sizing on dyme life stuff?

I know there was a thread on here a year or so ago with people griping , maybe they changed some stuff up and it’s better. Or maybe that was just a pathetic shirt. It just left a really bad taste in my mouth. Like they felt they could charge out the *** for crap and we’ll just suppose it since it’s canes who run it.

Sad thing is I like their stuff, it’s differebt than run of the mill stuff. Has some flavor to it.

Just not a fan of the quality.

I'm curious of how they run size-wise too. I usually get XL tees, but I can do a L if they run big. When t-shirts run big sometimes an XL is too much. What's the deal with their sizes?

I'm a fan of both Adidas and Dyme Lyfe but it's kinda crazy that both (especially Adidas) aren't consistent with their sizing. I've had some Adidas stuff in XL that fits like an actual XL but then you'll also get some stuff that is supposedly an XL but fits like a freakin' medium. It's pretty ridiculous.

I'm more inclined to give Dyme Lyfe the benefit of the doubt because it's less frequent an issue and they've obviously changed shirt suppliers in the past.

Just a random thought too (and perhaps you can even customize a shirt like this elsewhere) but Dyme Lyfe should do an entire series like this jersey-shirt for Canes greats. Cut them (or their charities) in on the profits but I'm sure a Shockey or Vilma or Dan Morgan or Steve Walsh or Reggie Wayne etc etc version would sell pretty well.

Make each era slightly different with the style being perhaps an ode to the jersey we wore then kinda like how this one is for Ed.

I run between L and XL as well. I go XL on all the regular t-shirts and they fit perfect. (i haven't ordered any of the performance gear or polo's so can't speak on the fit with those)
