Well, Beck had the hot Cavinder girlfriend and her twin sister playing basketball at the U.

Maybe Raiola can bring his hot sister. His little brother can tag along as the holder on the scout kicking team.

Remind him that same Clemson team lost to an NC State team with a qb that got benched at Coastal Carolina this year, ask if we should go pick him up for next season. The Emory stans are the most annoying people in this fanbase, which is a **** of a feat.

It was a cool moment to get that win. He seems like a good kid. He should never be our starter. All three are true but so many can’t seem to wrap their head around that lol
 
I don’t give af if he can run fast or not lol…this new era of qbs tricked yall into thinking thats more important than it is. If you can diagnose defenses and process fast enough I don’t care.

And he looks more mobile than beck with better pocket awareness so I don’t understand the concerns there. Dawson offense is built for drop back passers not runners lol

So, I have a dumb question.

Raiola is an Adidas client. Miami is an Adidas sponsored school. Would Raiolo be compensated by Adidas or by Canes Collective (if he commits to Miami, of course)?

In all seriousness though, yes adidas can pay athletes. I would assume it would be a collaborative effort with the funds though.

I don't know much on that anymore though with me being 1,000 miles away now. BUT, I live in Louisville, and that is how Adidas and UofL handle their partnership. UofL is taken care of very well by Adidas.

So, Adidas would funnel money to Miami's collective to pay Raiola? Am I understanding you correctly?

we don't even need mobility ...just someone experienced to stand tall in the pocket and deliver precise and accurate throws. He was sacked 27 times last season....put him behind our OL and he will pick defenses apart.

I don't believe the money would be funneled through us as things can get muddy with that. Adidas has their own compensation package for their brand ambassadors where they are paid directly by Adidas.

I would assume it's just more of a negotiation phase for that. Like their athletes receive outright payments on certain things and percentages based on others (merch and personal lines). My guess would be Adidas would be willing to give higher percentages and payments based on the demand of said products that Adidas would receive just by a high profiled ambassador being a Miami Hurricane vs a Cincinnati Bearcat or somebody like that.

Just a way they are able to help sweeten the pot and enhance a partnership with a national brand like The U
