I said and will continue to say it this kid looks better than him. Kaya is slow as dirt and throws a lot of passes that float which end up being interceptions. I'm not talking college to HS either I seen several of his games on TV. He doesn't look off receivers and floats the ball to much for me. Not saying Kaya couldn't be a great qb but he can be beat out. Get tired of people thinking nobody has a chance against kids Example Gibson will never play QB because Kaya is that good.
Brad Kaaya has 17 Touchdowns and 9 Interceptions as a true freshman at the highest level of collegiate football.
Don't care what you get tired of. That accomplishment is worthy of the superlatives being heaped upon him.
Whatever his shortcomings may be physically (things that will be rectified with an off season of weight lifting), he has it where it's the most necessary for a QB. He can see where the football needs to go and he can put the football where it needs to be (Reading Defense/Accuracy). He's getting us into good plays and out of bad plays, which is something that we haven't seen since Dorsey.
He's a true freshman, who hasn't even had the advantage of spring practice. As good as he is right now, he will be twice as good next year. He will open next season as the best QB in the conference. Regardless of your feelings about Dwayne Lawson and how good he MIGHT be, what Brad Kaaya is DOING at the division 1 level requires a special level of respect.
