a big improvement in this program, that is now starting to happen, is not having to play kids constantly as true frosh, we've been dealing with this since the 2008 class, I think it stuns development, its one thing to sprinkle a receiver in here and there, but to have wholesale true frosh not redshirting has held this program back

IMHO, I think most of us can agree on that. This staff was not dealt a winning hand, but as far as talent they were not dealt and overall ****** hand either. Talent-wise they were still among the best teams in the entire ACC the last 5 years(not saying much, but sill). Let's not also forget all 20-25 **** up recruiting moves this staff has made over the years that didn't work out because the kid either didn't make it to campus, got kicked off the team(alcohol, weed, rape, allowed to transfer), or just decided they were homesick.

We switch to high protein ice cream sammiches at The Training Table?

He benched 185 6 times at a combine that year, and asked the people who run it not to publish it, lol. He was a junior and already committed to Miami at the time.

Ran a 4.4 in that same camp.

Sounds about right. High 4.3/Low 4.4 when he got here. High 4.4's now.
