I was very impressed as I usually am with him when he is given a hint of a hole to hit. Very fast and explosive but he had a play where he stiff armed the **** out of the first guy and made a ridiculous cut on the next guy that made him look silly. there was talk last week of him not being as explosive, that will be the last of that. yesterday he looked like he actually had some muscle and not just a little guy with sick ability, this will serve him well at the next level.

Sickest run of the game to me was when he looked like he was tackled and he twisted over fallen players, kept his legs moving, and gained about three or four extra yards. Love to see that type of effort.
 
Saw him get tackled near LOS situation similar to his getting injured, and cringed. He popped right back up from the pile. So relieved. He's stronger now.

He should be like Abdullah and stay around 190 they said. He wasn't explosive anymore they said.

Bunch of clowns in this place because he wasn't busting off 60 yard runs with 8 guys in the box people were saying he wasn't explosive anymore. Morons

i prefer this duke to the old duke.
 
Our fans go full ****** when they discuss Duke. When teams stack the box and our line plays like ****, it's kinda hard for him to do what he does best. He hasn't lost explosion, he just hasn't had much room to showcase it. The back and forth about him is terrible.

When Duke has the lanes to get north and south, or creates an angle to turn up field like he did when he bounced outside against Louisville, the burst is as good as it ever was.

The whole outside thing duke just isn't true. Most of his explosive plays come of of inside runs where he finds a hole and hits it hard then makes moves in open space.

You took the words from my mouth. Duke has improved. Some peeps just don't understand the game and throw there hands up n yell and scream.

Duke also has very fresh legs right now. He's gonna rip it when we get into this heart of the acc schedule. Big year coming.
 
I'm thinking by "ridiculous cut" you must mean that sort of sidestep/back shuffle somekind of sickness move he's using. He did it a couple of times I think. It's so nasty, and I'm not sure I've seen that move.
