Great recruiters are likable and have charming personalities. It is laughable that people believe Satan, Kirby, Dabo and a Freeze are great recruiters. They would be fired as recruiters. Their are very few, Mario, Lanning and Fran Brown HC's out there and none of them outwork Mario. None! If all things were even, that work ethic puts Mario on top. Being sincere and obsessively persistent in building relationships are probably Mario's biggest traits as a recruiter. Game day, coaching, now?

I agree with some of this but the other coaches you mentioned have to be great at charming people besides bags. Cause you have to be a truth teller and be good with people to be able to recruit and establish relationships with said recruit. Those other coaches have to build relationships as well
