We need that Georgia RB mentality instead of the run for the bag.
Draft advisory board only gives three possible grades. 1st round, 2nd round or 3rd-undrafted. Both RJ and Norton got 3rd-undrafted grades.
What round would make leaving early "worth it"?
3rd or better?
Like what's the benefit of leaving early to be a 5th-6th round pick? (if you can improve your stock by staying)

A bit misleading. FCS and fringe declarations at oddball schools that likely are grade casualties fill most of that 30%. Also, players with mystery injury history end up undrafted.

when you guys gonna learn they didn't stay to help georgia win a natty, they're already getting paid ffs
Kul is known to be a great coach. Ford HAS to be ready for game 1. Him and Willis can be better than the current guys. Bethel is the Moten. I think we can and will still be good, but Ford is gonna be the key.
Bethel has shown way more than Ford, he will play ahead of him
Bethel didn't show more than anybody this year, He sucked.

I’m guessing you didn’t read any of the prior posts and just posted this dribble at the end to continue this for a few more pages
No, you are ignoring one thing. Injury. A serious one, blown knee..and their football careers might be over. Zero chance of football $$, barring a miracle in FA down the road. When it makes all the sense in the world to come back BOTH for the team and themselves, and yet they cant conceive that, its infuriating. I know a lot will say you don't know their situation.
Even a 3rd round pick (not guaranteed, but possible for either) is somewhere around $3 mill, though only $750k guaranteed. That's even with injury in camp I believe.
You all are viewing this myopically as fans. I'd love for them to return, but I wouldn't listen to a single fool on a message board about what decision to make with my life...and I'm not in their shoes. Yes, they could make a lot more by returning, balling out and getting drafted higher. Or they could bust a knee and get Ditka. I'm not going to hold it against either for leaving just because I want them to stay.
Agreed.
Mofos forget the league minimum is around 400k. That's good money.
The 4-year minimum base salaries for players in the 2017 draft are as follows: $465,000 (Year 1), $540,000 (Year 2), $615,000 (Year 3), $690,000 (Year 4). If eventually signed to a contract, each rookie drafted will get a 4-year deal, whereas undrafted rookies are only eligible for 3-year contracts.
I see why juniors with a good shot at making a roster go pro.
