This one would be interesting . All American wrestle , he’s prob quick on his feet . Prob very coachable
That’s What I’ve been saying. One of the main reasons are DL is so great is bc are DEs are big enough to defend the run and quick enough to pass rush, our DTs are big enough and athletic enough to chase the pash rusher while still being stout. It’s the perfect recipe. I don’t want a pass rushing DE only unless we are pairing with a DE that can do both.
I think we need insurance for Lowe, recovering from injury is always a concern. We might not need to add a DE if we move Blount to DE full time. Blount and Lowe could be SSDEs and some combination of Lightfoot/Pickett/Scroggins can be WDEs. Asharri looks like he might also be able to contribute early.
But to do that, we need to bring in 1, perhaps 2, DTs.
We may need Blount more at DT than DE next season. We might not need to add a DE if we move Blount to DE full time. Blount and Lowe could be SSDEs and some combination of Lightfoot/Pickett/Scroggins can be WDEs. Asharri looks like he might also be able to contribute early.

I don’t remember how serious we were about him I just remembered the name (and his 247 page still shows Miami leading on the crystal ball lol)Didn’t we want him last year
Give me both Mathis and Brewu
That was the point of my post. We may not need him at DT if we bring in 1-2 DTs (assuming Moten is back). We may need Blount more at DT than DE next season.
They’re going to play Armando everywhere so it doesn’t matter. That was the point of my post. We may not need him at DT if we bring in 1-2 DTs (assuming Moten is back).
Yep, he’ll be about 6’4 280-285lb next season. They will play him at DT and DE.They’re going to play Armando everywhere so it doesn’t matter.
this is EXACTLY what popped in my head when I saw it! lol
