Brother I didnt say we shouldn't pay him lol. Ijs what I think will be the outcome when you consider money already invested into the position and players entering their 3rd year (typically the breakout year).

If we have no budget and dont care about money at all, **** bring me Wilson. Look at my posts last year when he left Georgia, you wont find a bigger fan of his game.

You pay him whatever he's worth if you think he's Bain/Mesidor level. Miami has the money. We have the revenue sharing plus our own collective. We have the money to get whoever we want.

I’d Guess the transfer Edge from Utah Daly is going to Michigan too…

Leaves the OKSt and UF dude probably as the top Edges available

Im sure we add a dude, but def wont be an elite top of the line guy like Wilson. Last year was the year to jump on Wilson (i was a big time fan). But worked out with Mesidor stepping up big time.

Out of this talented group only Lightfoot and Blount have played substantial snaps and flashed. Everyone else just hasn’t show enough to warrant them as major contributors. I’m sure someone will step up but it’s not a given and definitely not enough to say we don’t need a top tier DE in the portal.
