It can also be a combination of a QB that is too spooked and receivers who are out of synch
The QB being spooked makes a receiver drop a pass? Does the spook juju get on the ball?

Maybe we're recruiting over-rated receivers. It seems like by the time they can catch the ball, they're gone. Can't understand why we always have so many dropped balls every season. Doesn't seem to matter who the coach is, or the qb and receivers. It's like a curse hanging over this lousy program.

Coley hasn't dropped 4 balls. Unless they are counting bad throws that barely touch his hands after he alters his route
The stat with number of drops per player means nothing unless you know how many catchable balls were thrown their way. Can't single anyone out until you know the percentage of catchable passes that they actually caught vs the ones they dropped.

Little known fact, Richt told Dugans to coach them to drop the passes
Define drop. I don't know how these guys even get hands on some of Kaaya's throws.
