We know Butch is the fall back option that has a bunch of support, Cristobal is not being considered heavily. Who are they targeting?

Other teams will make rumors and misinformation. With recruiting starting today, anything they can say to get a kid to visit is fair game. If they think using the coaching rumors will sway a few kids they need, your going to hear it

If that is true, this whole search has been a massive failure. Lol @ the scope of names that were considered.
 
Whats laughable is that Newberg acts like he has inside info when Gary Ferman does not. But there is smoke on Butch with what went down on Saturday

What kind of dumbasses would publicly call Butch a fall back option... **** it, if I'm him I would withdraw my name from the job. That's a major insult, plus if you hire him, all your going to hear is that nobody wanted the job, bla bla.
I swear our AD is a special ( short bus) kinda guy

Or that could just be his alibi. I heard these meetings were top secret.. He might of even had a body double at the game...
 
Maybe the info passed to him was misinterpreted.
Is it that Butch made the final cut and it's down to a final 3 of Butch, Herman, and Paterson?
 
Maybe they are waiting to announce so that they can appease the fan base. They can make it look like they did this massive search.
