Once a decision is made I can't imagine circumstances under which a an announcement would be delayed for more than what time was need to make it, let alone a week or two. Why would they purposefully keep all the turmoil going. What would you tell recruits, we have a coach but it's a secret and I can't tell you.

Logic dictates that the decision would be from anytime after the Pitt game. Weeks ago, many here took educated guesses on the date. I picked December 2, only because it was after Cyber Monday.

I hope your friend is right, and that it's sooner.

I agree there is no reason to wait other than working out the detail of the contract. OP could be wrong on the timing but doesn't mean the whole post is a troll job. If a decision is made, I expect announcement by Monday. They know that many recruits are ready to jump ship.

That's too big of a time window. Anyone here could say the same and probably be right. More specifics or it's just poorly manufactured BS.

I predict that we announce who the HC will be at some point between now and some time in January or February. I also predict that we have HS players sign LOI after signing day and that next year we play 12 football games.
