Manny wont be around that long. He looked a mess at end of game. def in over his head.
the program is NOT dead. we are just ONE right hire away. this program can be turned around in
no time, we just have to get THAT guy. Problem is we are all tired of waiting.

Time for Diaz to get his ego under control and fast before he looses this team and he will be gone--

He's gotta tell the BoTs that this was his only choice? He blew that opportunity and the funds on this? A lot of the BoTs dont care about football, but there are some that do, were they themselves fooled by the TO Chain hype? If they know football, they had to have been ****ed.

PS. I would have been 100% behind Manny had he been stacking 3*, 4* & 5* talent on the D. But even if he had come back as DC, the cupboard was starting to run bare, and the D was built on Kul's DL.

The odds that we get the ONE right hire given the way we search for coaches are about the same as me winning the lottery.

he had his best success with the players he inherited from golden.

Over pay to bring back Kul. The DL will be set for a couple of seasons. Over pay to bring in a top 2ndary coach that recruits, & overpay at LB & a defensive recruiting coordinator. We're gonna have to Dabo this thing. Its probably less expensive to do that than fire Diaz.

His defense on the field was good to dominant. But he as a coordinator, the total package was overrated. I guess people were so excited after the defensive turn around from Golden they judged him with orange & green blinders on?
