South Florida adults are the worst in this country. Jesus Christ.
No. So what did chad play? Did they switch the defense around?
This is all Pete's fault. Undrafted Round Management.
You sure? These are chad highlights and if you notice joe is on the field too playing the same position in the previous film i posted.Chad played strong
"Furthermore, what coach is recruiting a kid w/o talking to their parents??"
He also said that about bama so I'm not sure what is going on there.....not tga tdd it really matters in the end.
thats why im saying i doubt manny is ignoring recruits parents. he likely kept in touch wiht the one who was involved in his recruitment.
Under a completely different staff.
Disagree. College football is a business. Put fan loyalty to the side. I love UM as much as anyone but at some point we have to wake up and realize that we have to put a great product on the field AND prove we can get our guys in the league if we want 4-5* talent. Some of yall act like we didn't just go 7-6 last year with embarrassing losses to Duke, UVA, and GTECH!!! These kids AND their parents saw that. They want to see something different and see what this #TNM is all about before they pull the trigger. Can't blame them.
Some of you on here aren't even renewing your season tickets until you see some results on the field first so WTF is the difference??????????? LOL
Exactly. It’s preposterous to think that the Canes staff doesn't interact with recruits families. I can guarantee that they actively recruited Don Chaney and his parents. Maybe there is a legitimate reason why the have stayed away from this kids family.....this ^^^ And this kid was 2 years out. I doubt much parental contact via text/phone is done with recruits that far out. If they visit with the kid to campus, for sure. And Harris was on campus as LCE said (and IVins, too, btw) many times over the past 12 months. Why not bring Dad one of those times?
If the kid is good enough, he won't fail. Period.

I'm a diehard Canes fan, but what I'm starting to get is a racial undertone when it comes to bags... Why is this term "Bags" only being applied to Black Players? Especially when it comes to Black Players who have a Father in the home, so they probably don't even need the money. Can a Father/Black Parents not want what's best for their kids, so financially they'll be set in the future?
If they had 1st round talent, they'd be making 1st round money in the NFL. All of them are past their 2nd contract. And wtf does Grohlden have to do with anything? Our HC has fielded an elite defense here for the past 3 years and is exceptionally beneficial for a pass rusher. So all the Kids under Al Golden all failed because they lacked talent? Al Golden had nothing to do with it. McCord, Tracy, Chick etc

You must have missed the first post of this thread where I specifically said that. Some of y’all are so **** sensitive... Yes we have a 5 Star in Chaney and every once in a while there will be a kid like Duke Johnson who isn’t going anywhere else regardless but Elite kids wanna be developed and win. The guy was not wrong about what he said. 7-6 isn’t gonna appeal on a wide scale to 5 Star players who wanna win championships

This post says it all!!! If he would of de-committed last season, or when CMR quit, or even when Simpson left; it would have made sense.Donell committed to us in July of last year, between then & now he's been on campus well over a dozen times.
He knew we was 7-6 the entire offseason, he's met the the new staff & was committed until literally just 2 weeks ago.
Why didn't he reopen his recruitment in December after Richt stepped down? Why wait until now? The 7-6 stuff works if you're a new recruit that isn't familiar with the program & isn't already committed.
The same 7-6 team he decommitted from in June, is the same 7-6 team he was committed to in March/April, so what happened? Why come to the Spring game & recruit other kids to commit to us only to decommit a few months later?
I get what you're trying to say, but these recruits & their families always have every excuse in the world for why they can't/won't sign with Miami. My whole point is, it's unnecessary, they don't owe us anything & are not obligated to sign with us at all, so there's no reason for them to constantly carry on with this bullsh*t they be trying to sell.
If a prospect wants to go any program they want to, they should. All most of us ask is to stop dragging us along & pretending like they wanna sign with us so bad but just somehow find every reason on Earth not to.
