Stop with the BS about underachieving. This kid and every other kid that decommited knew the W/L's when they committed in the first place. So that's not an excuse. Otherwise, they wouldn't have committed in the 1st place.LOL! So many people in this thread showing their asses. It’s embarrassing, and the only thing worse are the losers on Twitter going in on Harris. Get a life folks.
By the way, @DMoney is 100% correct in this thread. I’ve jumped all over him in the past for being a terribly blind homer, but he’s killing it in this thread. We haven’t given these kids any good reason to come to Miami for years. That needs to change, and if it does, our recruiting will improve greatly. That said, we’ll never recruit like Bama, Clemson or UGA because we’ll never be able to offer the same kind of extra incentives. That doesn’t necessarily mean we won’t be able to compete with them on the field though.
First thing is first though, stop dramatically underachieving year over year. Start dominating the Coastal division year over year. Start getting kids drafted higher.
What people get ****ed about is how these kids get on Twitter clamoring so much love and loyalty to the program. First sign of dollars or perceived better opportunity, they're out!!! These kids needs to stop with the Twitter love and the grownups need to ignore them good or bad.
This is the United States of America. There is free speech to a point. As long as nobody is threatening harm to an individual or person with relations to that person, then it's all fair game. Those that say negativity towards a decomitt affects whether that kid recomitts is just fooling themselves. When a kid decomitts without a coaching change, he's not recomitting. When you go on Twitter and rant and rave that you are "ride to die" with us, then bolt for the opposition, you have to expect that people are going to hate on you. You left us for the enemy. You are now the enemy!!!
The only thing that burns my backside is that the kids would rather jump on a train than build one. They don't understand or I guess don't care that nobody south of the Alabama/Gorgia state line will care if they won or competed for a championship. The kids that one day bring Miami it's next championship will be legends forever!!!
