Does King try to return to foil Manny’s Firing (no, him done)

As much as I love King, his demeanor and moxy, he wouldn’t have faired any better Thursday night. The defense has holes galore because Mandy Pants won’t play Kinchens over Hall, and let’s not even review the LB’s and his continuing saga of starting McCloud over Chantz.

Lol lord have mercy. I am not into sh*tting on Canes. I hope they all turn out great. So when it comes to TVD, good luck with that.

Once Lashlee let TVD start throwing the ball down the field the kid looked pretty good.

Open the **** offense up,ditch those fcking bubble screens which are a bigger waste of a down than those dives up the middle and let our young receivers go.

OP, what goes on in your head to ask such a dumb question?

You’re either a troll or really dumb

Team is much better with TVD as long as we see the TVD we saw in the 2nd half.
I think it was more play calling than him just being bad in the first half. It looked like they were trying to spoon feed him against his first real competition. I swear, how many times have we seen true freshmen come in and light it up? Our staff, for years now, has acted like it just isn't possible to let a true freshman go out there and sling it. ****, ANYONE without a ton of game experience and they keep the training wheels on. I think TVD will be just fine, as long as they take those damned training wheels off the O.

Yes, I know TVD isn't a true freshman, and that is what really burns me up.

I think we actually do beat UVag if King at 70% or better plays. But that still changes nothing big picture-wise for me personally.

It's actually kind of funny but I think the most profitable situation for King next year (NFL hopes included) would be for Manny to get fired, we miraculously bring in a coach that gets everyone excited and King returns healthy and wins the starting job. I think he then makes an addl couple hundred K from NIL cash.

How’s he coming back? Isn’t he like in his 5th or 6th year now??

Don't you guys think Manny is going to do whatever gets him the most wins to try to keep his job? I think he's gone, but do you really think he is going to forgo his own survival to satisfy the fanbase's wish to see which freshman to go with next year at QB?

I know if I was in his situation, it would be ***** you fans, I'm putting in the guy that I think gives us the best chance to win and if I think it's King when he's healthy that's who I go with.

He probably could, but I don't want him to.
If we somehow hired an established coach that we absolutely trusted to assess QBs and to hold a legit competition for the starting spot then I actually wouldn't have a problem with it because I don't think that the kid is getting drafted or making an NFL squad next year.

That said, the chances of that scenario actually materializing are probably about 1.6%.

Does King retain his NIL deals if he's unable to play the rest of the season?

Miami loses by more if King played healthy or not.

Offense runs much better* with TVD.

Also, Knighton is a much better every down back than Harris.

*THAT DOES NOT MEAN O IS GOOD.
For some reason expletive like to bicker over things, but this seems very true to me. I fund it ironic that posters hated Rosier because he had to rely on his legs, then praise King for the same thing.

TVD is much better than I expected.
Knighton should be RB1.
Harris should move to fullback.
Brashard Smith could be the next Canes legend.

If he doesn’t play at UNC, I will believe he is 100% done. So far, there has been no official word he is out for the year. That’s all. And NO, TVD is not the better option over a healthy King. I am not even going to argue that.

Manny has no clue what the best chance to win is.... None...
