Dude... He has a contract with Miami which is guaranteed. They fired him but they still owe him the money on the contract according to the terms of the contract. That he subsequently took another job doesn't extinguish or terminate his rights under the contract with Miami.

Therefore...and this is my non-legal conclusion... the lucky Jersey fûck gets paid by the Lions and the Canes while only working for the Lions. Nice, huh???
