You guys need to quit dogging Manny, This could have been a really good team if anyone would have recruited an offensive line. It's young and coming together. They are building some continuity. The future is bright in Miami. Correct me if I'm wrong, 3 freshmen offensive lineman?

There is no denying Stoops would be an upgrade from Taggart. My argument is it is similar to Golden to Richt. Many will think pie in the sky, but in reality, he just won’t have the same drive.

He's younger than Richt...with a lot less wear and tear from being a coach. ( W/O boosters constantly screaming for his head)

You remember Urban stayed out for a while before coming back and leading OSU to prominence so everyone isn't burnt out

urban stayed out 1 year i believe. 2 at most.

i haven't seen him but heard he's been seen around and he just spoke at flagler college for a benefit. he probably has a few residences. dude was a great coach looking back at his record. let him enjoy retirement. he's not coaching FSU

I think they are the same age. If you think OU didnt have angry boosters, you dont know any OU fans.

Stoops was almost always winning while at OK and dominated their Conference. Won a Natty,

He didn't get anywhere near the guff Richt constantly received at UGA
