Does Bob Stoops at FSU scare you?

This is a VERY Mark Richt-ish type hire.

I'm fine with it. Better Stoops than Urban, Leach, or Campbell

I didn't include UGA's bowl game because Richt was fired before it. That's not to say they wouldn't have won it anyways, though. I do agree that Stoops had the easier path. But the ACC is an easy path right now too, aside from Clemson.

Yes, but still give Richt credit as he still coached that bowl game. No interim coach.
Had Richt stepped down and not coached at Miami, you can bet Richt would have got a call before Taggart maybe even Bob Stoops.

Mark Stoops yes Bob Stoops no. Bringing back a coach who retired due to burnout is rarely a good idea. Les Miles was forced out and took a year off, so different situation. Stoops was done with college. XFL is zero pressure, no recruiting or butt-kissing of boosters. It's a good fit for a guy who likes the idea of coaching but doesn't have the energy for the NFL or major D1.

Hmmmm A National Title vs. Trinkets....so far we're talking a 100 watt bulb vs. 30 watt bulb...IF you're an athlete who do you select?

So would it significantly improve FSU's current position? YES it would, without a doubt.

its ND, NFL or chill for urbs. I think this could be the year they cut ties with kelly. had high hopes and lost to UGA again along with Michigan in a route. maybe they just say morals be damned, we need a title before the end of football
