Do you want us to win out?

These questions only get asked when fans don’t trust the admin to do what’s best for winning.

It’s not that dumb. Tell me how much that lucky 10 win start helped us progress as a team. I get what the OP is saying. If we win out, even if it’s ugly, Richt will make no changes. Is that what you want? Now, if all of a sudden we start rolling teams and win out, that’s different. I don’t see that happening. I see us getting lucky if we win out, and that will mean a lot more of the same.

Root for the opposing team then, I'll be damned if I do. As much as I hate Richt and most of this staff, I just can't bring myself to root against Miami.

Winning doesn't cover up the huge deficiencies, especially if we win very ugly, which is the only way we can win the next 4 games. Of course I want our team to win out.

Hate Richt, Golden, Shannon, Coker and the next coach because team can’t repeat success of 1983-2002. You better have plenty of hate left because it is unlikely we will ever be a dominant football program again.

Not a matter of want. To what end and purpose does it serve?

Does losing out this season end with Richt fired?

Likely not.

Yes. We have 8 months to be miserable after the season. The school doesn't care about winning so just try to enjoy your team playing on Saturdays and send some strongly worded emails to the BOT when you can't control your rage anymore.

ABSOLUTELY!!!! Only the DOUR SOUR Cane fans would wish " ill " believing negative vibes on Marky Mark's football team.

Your answer has nothing to do with the question in the OP

Be better

Cane fan absolutely has NO clue if Marky Mark will alter the offense and all that, during the off season.

I always want us to win no matter the situation. It is up to the administration to make the necessary moves for the program we all (older ones of us) were used to having. I'm worried we're in football purgatory but am optimistic that: a) either we will turn it around or b) the admin will do what's necessary to fix it.

For a program that never had 10 wins until 1983 we sure are entitled lol. Maybe one day we'll be back but, for now, cherish 1983-2003 and cherish the cabin.

Absolutely I want the team to win out, just have no faith that happens.

I fully expect us to beat Duke, but don't think for a second we beat both GTech & Va Tech on the road, we'll definitely drop one of those games, especially with Rosier starting.

Bro if Richt gets fired it won’t be any less than 3 total years counting this year. You can under play the talent Richt brings in but we signed the #1 RB in country, a double digit 4* studs last year so don’t act like he’s has brought in good/wanted players since he’s arrived because that bull****.

More power to you hoping we lose a lot of games for a couple more years to have Richt fired. Doesn’t seem like enjoyable watching/following to me. We’ve already done this for 15 years don’t need to do it any longer

I hear you but this incompetent administration works in phases. This year just starts the warming of the chair, next season it gets lit on fire. Unfortunately this is the way we have to operate going forward.

Agreed. This team plays significantly better at home. more so than most teams, i believe. Wins at VT AND GT? unlikely. Probably one but not both. Although VT has shown an ability to look like a D2 team at times this season too.
