Hurns? Closest thing we have, good player, but not great IMO
Dorsett?Inconsistent
Lewis? Gonna be a very good player
Scott? Inconsistent
Thompkins? lol

And then you have the freshman for next year like Jones, Carter, Lockhart and AJL.

So can a Lewis, Lockhart or AJL become that guy? Cause right now we have no explosiveness from our wideouts. Would also help if Fisch stopped being a ******.

Our receivers are fine. Our QB evidentally cant get them the ball.

Our receivers have decent hands for the first time in years.

Waiting for Olsen or perhaps Dewey to take over.

no, no proven talent on our roster. No one that scares a D coordinator at all...

We need to keep recruiting the position til we find one...

Our guys need experience. They need to start executing. Things they need to work on is cleaning up their route running and stop dropping passes.

They aren't getting a ton of separation but I also don't think Fisch has been doing the offense any favors.

Hurns is good. Scott needs to work on those hands but he seems to get open. Lewis has some nice potential. Dorsett has been okay so far but think he can show more.

We don't know what we have with Water, Lockhart, Jones, and Carter yet.

AJL in my opinion has the explosion to be a difference maker.

I'm far more concerned with Morris' play than the WR play. He looks confused, indecisive, and has happy feet even when he's well protected. He missed on a number of passes, some pretty badly.

Davon was open all day. Morris couldnt find him for **** and when he did he overthrew him. We had receivers open all day.

chicken or the egg.

Is it Morris or is it the WR's?

Consider me unimpressed by Dorsett. Only has straight-line speed.

Going into next year we will have:

SR
Hurns

JR
Dorsett
Scott

SO
Lewis
Water
Lockhart (not sure if he has played yet)

FR
Jones
Carter
AJL

I think there is plenty of talent in that group.

He missed a number of wide open receivers.

I know. But this was Morris's worse game ever. Including his True Frosh year.
He's never looked this bad.
Last week he was looking good until Hurns went down. After that it was down hill and carried over to this week.
It could be that his confidence is shaken compounded by not having a go to target like he had established with Hurns.
Golden and Fisch need to settle him down again and take some pressure off him by grounding and pounding.
