Do Away With TO/TD Chains

We are the worst team in the ACC and bad on both sides of the ball. Why make a bigger mockery of this team by allowing kids on a bottom dwelling organization celebrate and embrace losing.

Manny needs to create a coRching chain.

Anybody on the staff who does a coRching job in one game has to wear the chain the next game. The worse your coRching was, the bigger your chain is.

The whole staff (Including Manny) has to wear a giant chain in the Pitt game. If Pitt goes the way I think it will, they’ll have to wear a chain in the FSU game as well.

Point to the real gangsters that play the game. While you’re at it, you might want to lose that other word from your vocabulary. It’s dumb.

Exactly. There are no real gangsters playing the game, which makes wearing an 80s drug dealer necklace is lame, forced, make believe BULL**** that treats our players like kids at a dress up party instead of men trying to win a football game. Our great teams took the game unbelievably seriously and considered losing to be shameful. This team led by this idiot coach treat the game like some social media post opportunity.

Agree. It’s like gold tire rims on a beat up ‘76 Ford Pinto that stalls at every stop.

Wait how can we do away with it?

It makes football fun for our players and successfully illustrates Miami's swagger and culture

So does Jimmy Murphy ya know, if I see one more feature on him.

Completely disagree, again, about the chain.

These “incentives” are all over college football and fully a majority of teams have one. Is it the Chain you don’t like or the incentive itself? If it’s the incentive, then you’re in the minority as most schools have one, and if it’s the chain then maybe it’s something else that bothers you about it.

im all in on the chain. In fact, I’d hard wire the chain into football culture at Miami that even the next coach would have to use it.

If everybody is doing as you say, which I would refute entirely, then thats even more reason to get rid of it, as it isn’t even unique or one of a kind in addition to being a Disneyland version of “Miami swag”.
