Dmoney please make an onboarding process

Half the “articles” on this site are now AI slop. The video and camera work are terrible, and many of the recent posts are way too long, poorly formatted, and filled with grammatical errors. Our football team is clearly holding one another accountable like professionals, can we do the same at CanesInSight?

I love and appreciate all the work you've been putting in(you personally), and you’re killing it with Ahmmon, but could you please create a CanesInSight onboarding process before you add to your army of 12 year olds.

The constant articles are frustrating too. For every bit of news we get, there are multiple pages split between an article thread and a regular thread about the same topic. Can we be a little more intentional about how the message board is organized in general?

Please just make the site a bit more pleasant for its users (content not design). Theres great info beneath all the bull**** here.
 
The camera issue was on me- I loaded the 4K video too early before we cut some of the transitions.

As for the articles, I am in the process of revamping a ton of stuff on the website. Feedback is good, so let me know what you want to (and don’t want to) see.

Link the "articles" to original thread maybe just pin to first page. It's really does degrade the experience with over saturation.

I worded my post a little more harshly than I intended. I genuinely love this site and lurked for four or five years before finally joining. It’s special compared with every other message board I’ve been around because it has legitimate insiders and incredible information you simply can’t find anywhere else.

I’ve quietly dealt with the issues I mentioned for a while, but with the season approaching, I finally decided to say something. I think it’s awesome that you’re giving these kids these opportunities, and I promise you: they’re more capable than you might think. They can figure it out and produce genuinely high-quality content if they’re expected to put in the effort. The kid who made the 10-minute Day 1 practice video, for example, did an awesome job. But some of the other posts feel half-assed and as though they’re being published without much feedback or quality control. I simply think the standard could be raised.

You clearly have real ambition in media, and it’s pretty amazing to watch you go from a message-board moderator and poster to one of the main figures in Canes media. Just don’t get too far away from your roots. I have a lot of love and respect for the work you’ve put in, and I hope you keep it up. I just wanted to offer my honest opinion because I care about the site and want to see it continue improving.

Loved your original post. Many people have had issues with the young kids for quite sometime and nothing is being done about it. I’ve voiced my displeasure many times and was negged and called a male Karen.

I don’t give a **** if these are young adults. They work for one of the most popular sites in the college game. Hold them accountable for their poorly written, repetitive, AI ****.
 
Feeding us redundant slop (to pump clicks/drive revenue?) all the while Parking Lot Pete is putting out decent content, even if he is insufferable in real life.

Not only that, but its crazy the amount of leeway kids get in the minds of adults. They are 15 or older, they can figure things out especially with AI to help. Really no excuses. Game aint built on sympathy applies to media too lmao
 
If my son was a high school junior and working for you, and posted the quality of content that your interns do, I would either be worried about his intellect, or worried about his effort level. Scary that this generation of kids legitimately doesn't have to think, and can just have AI do everything for them. I'm so happy I had to actually learn in school. Our society will be full of rětards in 20 years.

Great analysis! I agree they all have the capability and if that is their goal in life ..like Mario says, “How you do anything, is how you do everything.”
I think a lot of us wish we had the opportunities you are providing for them at that age. Thank you @DMoney

It’s pure laziness and a couple of them stole work from others around the country and got busted for it on here.

The "writers" are teenagers so what do you expect? It's nice of D-Money to give them a shot, but the standard should rise for sure.
