Wait…Damari is in a boot? wtf?
Mario said OJ is back and expected to start practicing last week on the Joe Rose show. There is zero chance of this being true (not saying Scott isn’t playing…no clue on his status other than his IG posts). But, Mario is notorious for intentionally deceiving the media/public when it comes to injuries.
I’d be shocked if D$ provided any sort of substantive update or clarity on the injuries.
Personally, I expect Blay to play but remain concerned about OJ, Scott and Brown (the DB, not RB). There is no way to know for sure if (or how much) any of them will play until pre-game warmups and the tweets start flowing.
Why would you give snaps to a true freshman coming off serious injury ,who would be playing his first snaps of the season, in the biggest game of the year? Especially when you have Armando Blount or #35 who's actually seen PT this year. Make it make sense.Give me Hayden Lowe news. 3 months post shoulder normally means he should be working out. Get to January and do we get to see him for a couple snaps?
Joe did not ask him about Brown and now we see him in a boot.Mario said OJ is back and expected to start practicing last week on the Joe Rose show.
Rugby Guy is smirking somewhereInjury-wise, the team held up as good as any team in the country. Kudos to our coaches, especially the S&C staff.
When you see Lowe playing, you’ll know. He is the best DL we have signed since Bain. I’m not saying we sit Blount but I sure as heck would play him ahead of Scroggins. Why would you give snaps to a true freshman coming off serious injury ,who would be playing his first snaps of the season, in the biggest game of the year? While still working at jiffy lube to support his rugby hobbyRugby Guy is smirking somewhere

Also curious about Johnson
Exactly, that’s why you have to take a real grain of salt with what some of the other posters say on this board because they literally will come up with and say some of the stupidest things you’ve ever heard in the world. Dude, are you serious right now? Seriously, are you serious? You wanna play a freshman who hasn’t played all season in the most important game this program has played in 23 years ahead of a kid in Scroggins that’s actually been producing on the field. What world are you living in? Smh you will see lowe next year, Best start accepting that to prevent you from posting stupid things like this. When you see Lowe playing, you’ll know. We also don’t know the extent of the shoulder injury. Some take 1.5 months then you can build back strength while others take 3 months and the recovery is 9-12 months to get back to 100%.

Not sure about the specific injury, but on a recent podcast D$ said it was unlikely the coaches would use him in the playoffs given all of the rust.Do we know the nature of his injury? Dislocation or separation? Torn labrum/rotator?

True. Do not want to have multiple down db against aTm receiving core.Down Damari and Keionte is troubling. Damari been ballin, and physical…definitely worrying me.
