I feel like in this NIL era there is nothing to hide when it comes to monetary offers and warm feelings towards other teams. The players camp (family/agent etc) has no reason to keep it under wraps as it only hurts their negotiating leverage. Coming down the home stretch you want to see everyones best offer and make them beat each other.

It's 100% the case. They have professional agent management now with NIL. So it's literally exactly like NFL free agency. The only difference is the HS recruit has even more freedom because a team can't put a franchise lock on him.
