Manny pointed out during fall camp that there's a disease in our football team. He preached of how until it's fully eradicated we cannot become a legitimate program. Well, last night proved the disease has done nothing but keep spreading unchecked, and patient zero is Manny ******* Diaz.

What we saw yesterday was the direct result of a culture that is antithetical to winning. It simply has no idea how to win from the top down.

A real program that's starving for success and craves to be a legitimate program doesn't go out and let one good month in an otherwise failure of a season get to their head. If we had a real culture the entire team would've been foaming at the mouth to destroy FIU and anyone who came across their path because they're still not satisfied after wasting the first 2 months of the season.

Instead of that, we had a team clearly feeling themselves because of a couple of wins from 2 and 3 weeks ago which in their minds allowed them to drop off massively in intensity levels and focus for the season. We just witnessed an entire program check-out and go into auto-pilot mode because they felt their job was done. Embarrassing.

There's no recovering from this for Manny or the football team. But getting rid of him isn't going to solve anything. He may be patient zero for the football team but he isn't the source of the disease. You don't lose to FIU just because of a bad coaching staff or lazy effort by players, you lose because the entire PROGRAM is infested and antithetical to winning. And that's what we have in Coral Gables. If I had one person to fire today it would 100x be Blake more than Manny. We need to a wholesale change in the Athletic Department. Without it, we'll keep being led by people who have zero clue or zero interest in winning, and with that leading your program, you'll keep experience the type of seasons we continue having for the next 100 years.

There’s an easy answer I’ve already touched on this multiple times. Hire s real no nonsense coach. Someone who doesn’t have to sell himself to twitter and the fans. No wrestling ring, no drinking beer at other schools clinics and real practices. Maybe someone who doesn’t tie his wagon to two glorified GA’s.

What was the point in bringing back JT4 if he wasn’t gonna get the ball? Manny did that to win over fans and troll Richt. Period. Why bring in Tate if no matter what he wasn’t gonna play? For the fans.

Manny ran a political campaign all summer and now that he’s in office he’s being exposed.

You see LSU, Clemson play, they're all business.

You see Miami play, you see a team that don't give a flying fvck about winning. From top to bottom, the school could care less about the football program. They all in for the medical part, all these **** medical buildings going up.

Football is an after thought to them. The truth hurts.

Conservative schools don't give out participation trophies. Gotta purge the liberals in charge.

There may be a disease, I am not going to argue that point though. The bigger issue is the doctor diagnosing the disease doesn't know what he's doing. There is no excuse for that loss, even with the disease. This loss is strictly on the coaches. We're playing the 112 ranked rush defense. Why are we pounding it until they stop it? Enos overthinks things more than the guy who calls a pass from the one yard line when you have Marshawn Lynch. Two drives that we are stopped on 4th and 1 because we call boneheaded plays. Then we keep calling slants, when FIU is clogging the middle to stop them.

Blake needs to go, but for full benefit we need members of the BOT to step up, spend more money, and hire a highly respected AD. An AD who gets phone calls returned and can sway top coaching candidates to consider the Miami job.

The school can’t make good HC hires because they can’t make good AD hires.
