Him and Kirby even tho Kirby has a defensive scheme. The best they do is recruit. They probably learned from their old boss when he went to the league and his greatest advantage was neutralized
 
MARIO HAS BUILT THE ONLY SUCCESSFUL BRAND OF FOOTBALL HE KNOWS AND IT’S RIGHT HERE, RIGHT NOW….NFL MONEY CAN ABSOLUTELY BUY A LOT OF THINGS BUT IT CAN’T BUY SATISFACTION…THERE’S WAY TOO MUCH UNCONTROLLABLE SOAP OPERA DRAMA IN THE NFL THESE DAYS….EVEN IF THE THOUGHT ENTERED HIS MIND, JJ AND BUTCH WOULD PUT HIM IN CK HIM REAL QUICK….
 
As many have said, Mario ain’t an NFL guy. He’s been great here because of his recruiting, not his coaching (and if he hadn’t made the playoffs this year, we might’ve burned him at the stake because of his coaching). I think he’d be a borderline disaster for an NFL team, frankly
