The past two seasons, I've heard every player reiterate, "I just want to do whatever the coaches want - to benefit the team."
Think - those players who unselfishly expend their energies and efforts for their team - gain even greater personal recognition and reward. Those are the players everyone wants to help, wants to succeed, and gain the greatest personal reward.
It's almost counter-intuitive.
FSU's "me first" players attitude - is half of their problem this year. It's not talent, or upside - it's selfishness.
