Carson Beck's numbers are right in line with his (and Mendoza's) that Louisville game really hurt though.

I always thought he tried to win the Heisman that night. He had Friday night to himself and we had all the juice coming in. Forced a bunch of throws and thank God it didn't cost us at the end.

I do think Tony was interfered with on that first interception and last interception was just an absurd play by the defense, including the catch.

Going down 14-0 and that Toney INT (there was clear DPI) I think led to Beck thinking he had to get everything back in one throw.

He tools shots and made throws he didn't take or attempt all season.

Had he played his game Beck would have led us to a win once the defense settled in. Live and learn I guess
