...playing the Alabaga defense this past weekend. Mork Rick made the UVA defense look like the ‘85 Bears.

I should have have known we were in trouble when he made their whole team sound like the defending Super Bowl champions before the game.

He talked up their QB like he was a combination between Joe Montana, Steve Young, Dan Marino and Peyton Manning. The dude threw for less than 100 yards against our defense and looked putrid. Yet Rick insists that the guy is really good.

I said it when we first hired him and I still stand by my original statements about him. Coach Rick is a really nice guy and good role model for our players. But, guess what...he’s not getting paid $4 Million a year to be a nice guy. The results so far speak for themselves.

When will our suffering as fans of this U end. I knew Flake James had ***ked up as soon as the rumors of him interviewing Rick were confirmed.

Fly The Banners! We not only need a new OC. We need a competent AD that actually knows what he is doing and one that isn’t a “YES” man, like little Flakey is.

Our Admin and BOT suck, and I’m not surprised by the continuing struggles of all of our athletic teams, especially our once dominant football and baseball programs.

Hard to believe that our teams have fallen this far.

How far we have fallen?? Between 2006 and 2014, our best two seasons we were 9-4. In that same timespan, we had four six-loss seasons and two seven-loss seasons. Double digit wins last season for the first time since 2003.

Is our offensive playcalling predictable, overly conservative, and lacking in creativity? Yes. Does our entire offensive philosophy need a swift kick in the a$$? Yes. Is our offensive line still underwhelming and struggling? Yes. Do our special teams need a lot of work? Yes.

But relax on the "fallen this far" talk. It ain't all good, but it ain't that bad.

and THAT boys and girls is how "mediocrity" gets ingrained in something.

it's wanting chicken salad but willingly settling for chicken****.

wanna know how Bama wins NCs ? simple.

If you bring that " It ain't all good, but it ain't that bad" attitude around Saban.. you sure as **** won't play for him and you won't work for him !

Until we have a new corch it's all irrelevant. He either needs to be replaced or somehow convinced to change who he is.

I'm not optimistic.

If you believe that, I know a guy with a bridge for sale.

To all of our chagrins, banner or whatever, I seriously doubt that CMR will be gone anytime soon... and I surely hope I'm wrong.

He won't be replaced for at least 3 years. To reach the next level sooner, best bet is CMR has a come to jesus moment, fires his son, and hires a dedicated playcaller (which could make keeping Dugans and Brown tough and require a $$ incentive).

The last time Mork Rich had a come to Jesus moment was when he pulled Perry. I'm not gonna count on Jesus to get us out of this one.

Only 5 more years until we can try again with a new corch.

Listened to Branko Mendenhall radio program last night. He said his kids were fired up before and throughout the game. He looked across the field between the third and fourth quarters and noticed that the Miami players looked disengaged... talked several times about how there were two Miami assistants who were trying to fire up the Miami players....

Love to know who these coaches were...

Is this a reflection Richet's somnambulent personality?

No it’s playing being soft in the moment who feel like they have arrived. No assistant should have to fire you up that’s just extra motivation at the most

There's a point to this, this team lives off of the energy and emotion of the Chain. We just came off of a emotional draining game against FSWho, these kids were walking around like Zombies not thinking that U ***** could beat us. This team has to be driven to have heart. Have not learned how to be winners. They also resemble their coach.

Let Richt keep trying Julio if he wants...
Something about him makes me think he's savage inside....Any University President that walks around campus for an entire week Rocking the Turn Over Chain is okay in my book....

Yeah, he's no Shalaaalaaallaao and he doesn't seem to be a liar, he surprised me speaking the way he did; recognizing the need of a top football program. Both the history and future as it pertains to the school and money that it would bring.

No. Alabama was not formed by flying banners and posting on message boards and shouting at the TV. It was formed by spending money on everything. It was formed by fans showing up against cellar dwellar opponents during down years. It was formed by a collective consciousness in the state uniting in support of one team. "Roll Tide" isn't a "What have you done for me lately?" Catch phrase. It's a way of life.

I think seeing Malik continue as QB into the second half frustrated both sides of the team... they had seen this movie before..

Honestly, Richt under pressure is as stupid as they come .... one would think otherwise with all these years of coaching experience.... nah, we officially have Al Golden part 2...
...stubborn and inept #@$%

C'mon, man, what are you doing?!?!? You know that facts that contradict The Sky is Falling narrative aren't welcome here.
