dude realized he was gonna waste another year of elgibility running down on punt return and asked to be shirted. He wasnt for the rest of this year atleast gonna get a 5-10 carry game so why waste it?. He still could transfer if Dallas comes back. He's banking on Dallas declaring for the draft

For the morons in the back .... redshirting does NOT PREVENT A PLAYER FROM HAVING TO SIT OUT A YEAR IF THEY TRANSFER.

Only a grad transfer or an approved transfer (ie: Martell) doesnt have to sit out the year and with the transfer **** show this year special approvals will be few and far in between.
