So because a guy that sucks practiced harder this week he can keep his job? Especially when a younger guy is also practicing hard and pushing them, Diaz has officially gone full Golden.

He should’ve been canned this weekend to show potential candidates we are serious about having a winning program. Especially if Mario is the target and we want him to consider leaving resource rich Oregon.
 
King is undergoing “further evaluation” and likely won’t play this weekend. Manny will roll out the young guys this weekend and hope King is out longer so he can use his injury and “youth movement” as an excuse for underperforming expectations.

I've come to recognize that we're at the point in our coaching cycle we're I no longer care to listen to a word our coach has to say, as it doesn't matter until we start winning again. Any with Diaz's past few seasons, they usually don't end stronger than they started. It already feels like a continuation of the end of last season.

All we heard all off season was tackling and run fits was the focus for the defense. That's why Manny fired Baker and took over play calling on defense. Well, if anything we might be worse at tackling. Manny explaining tackling 101 like this is high school football lol. There is no fix from Manny at this point. He's lost the team and no one wants to play for him.

"not coming from the outside- in"....that's an interesting tell. Basically saying the issue is beyond coaching? If they are being benched for not getting it from the inside, I am sure they will get it at some point if they want to play. That's coaching too!
 
Díaz says the right things all the time but it never feels real or authentic. Everything with him feels calculated. From his media interviews, to the yachts, speeches about “play for Miami or get beat by Miami speeches”, to the chains, everything is calculated. He has very little substance. I’m over it.
 
You know it's over as soon as the bull**** "Adversity" word comes out as an excuse. That's just corporate speak for we are unprepared and out of our league.

Poor King, came back to get physically abused. You would think this o line would actually do anything to keep this warrior in one piece, not just stand around and wave at folks.
