Until that piece stops, fans will keep bringing up the history of being immature, including the transfer part. Kosi, for ALL he has done poorly since arriving at UM, has done a 180 in terms of perception. His issue is the mental in-game stuff.

agreed. also, im fine with him wanting out after year 1 where he didnt get a chance to play when the QBs were bad. what didnt help was him getting himself out of shape bc he didnt get the job and then suspended. this year put it over the top for me when he left the team mid week in game prep bc Kosi took the job from him after jarrens wonderful vt display

I was fine with him looking around as well after year 1 - i didn't think he got a fair shot when Kosi was being a knucklehead. That said, Jarren has shown immaturity as well, so maybe the coaches saw that and didn't feel like he was ready to handle failure on the field. We can only see so much on the outside.

No i get that - it's the proper way to handle it. It seems he was having some personal issues, which i support kids taking time away to resolve.

Football-wise though, no matter the reason for approved leave, to take time away and be filling up instagram with pics of you and your girl to the point mom reaches out for help is not a good look.

That's the world we live in today. Kids are going to be on social media, no matter what.

Lol what’s up with u and these weird what if scenarios?? Jarren isn’t a leader and has threatened to quit more times than any QB In recent memory. On top of that he’s the worst starting QB in UM history and lost to FIU. He’s a bigger problem with this fb team than anythig else outside of the coaching staff.

Maybe because none of our QB’s have what it takes to really TAKE the QB1 job..... just like they’ve been all year.

One tool who suited it up week to week missed a Wednesday practice during game week and would've never gotten the job back if the guy who allegedly f'ed the kicker's girl wasn't so terrible against Pitt that they were forced to play the guy who missed practiced. Those are just the things we sort of know about through rumors. I imagine the depth of the QB's screwup go deeper. IF(big if) Martell's issues are mental health related he would actually be less of screwup than the other two. There are no winners in that room.
 
Has anyone speculated that Tate went to NY to be with his future baby momma while she got some kind of treatment? Sloan Kettering is there, so are some world class drug rehab clinics. Why must we assume the worst?

You’re telling other people they are assuming the worst while simultaneously suggesting he may have taken his girlfriend to NY because she needed to go to a well known cancer center for treatment.
