Diaz likes to be innovative. He’s a beast. His players will be loyal to him. I fully trust him to make an offensive hire that will change the face of the Miami offense as we know it. The guy is the epitome of professional and it will ripple throughout the program. He accepts faults when it’s needed. He admits defeat if he was outschemed, and then he usually adjusts, almost listening to us on the boards.
The way Diaz operates is a far cry from the outdated, foolish prideful, slow-changing Richt.

Other than the fact it's App State and he wasn't even the one calling plays?

Do I really need to explain this?

We go cheap and lazy on the HC hire and instead of breaking the bank for a top notch bad *** OC we get the former co-offensive coordinator for St. Brendan's?

I only hope that since Manny believes in explosive plays on defense he'll believe in them on offense too and hire the right OC. Also I think Ponce will be brought in as QB coach not OC.

What if he is more conservative than Dave Wanstead ?????

Please don't wait! Take a hike now! One less Hater/Herd/Mob member is an excellent start to the Diaz dynasty and proves his hire is already paying huge dividends.
