Never listened to this but this sounds promising and like everything we have been waiting on.

But I’ve been hurt before 😐
 
This is. Guy who took a disaster of a defense and immediately made it good. He is young smart and passionate. He has a defensive staff in place who recruits respect. His style of defense has proven to be a perfect fit for his talent base.

He will have an unlimited budget to hire a cutting edge modern OC. We know he is massively into metrics I trust he understands what makes modern spread offenses hard to stop cuz he is really good at stopping them.

He struggled only with old school power running teams like BC and Wisconsin but still gave his team easy chances to win those games if not for horrible offense.

He will not hesitate to fire anyone who is dropping the ball.

Bicho is very content. A week ago if we did a poll of preference for head coach Diaz would have blown out Richt.

Uhh yea, alot of people knew about him, he was probably youngest oc in country, kid was supposed to be some kind of wunderkind. He lit up scoreboards and had stats to back it up...

Where is this ponce resume? what stats have app st put up recently? Any top 10 off numbers?

Yes. I was at ECU when Lincoln was here. Everybody knew who he was and everybody knew he was gone after that 10 win season when he dropped 70 on Carolina.

What happens to Bicho's confidence when I rain on your parade and tell you that the "unlimited budget to hire a cutting edge modern OC" yields the ex co-offensive coordinator from St. Brendan's high school.

Oh, and by the way, homeboy has never called plays on an exclusive basis.

I think it’s the fact that we’d be promoting yet another guy who hasn’t proven he can do the job before.

Miami is starting to look like an experiment in “The Peter Principle”.

How many people can you have learning on the job all at the same time?
