I have posted this a few times, but I've talked with his family and Devins recruitment is 100% leaning to Oregon because of the NIL offer. He can be swayed back to Miami, but time is running out and Miami has to be willing to match the Oregon number.Safety is most concerning postion group on team, both with whats on roster moving forward, and recruiting class.
