Hester is my 2nd favorite cane behind Sean Taylor. Few things in life are more magical then Hester taking one to the house.

As a Bears fan, it was a true honor to have the GOAT return man return kicks for us...BUT as a CANES fan, it's been a pleasure following his career period. Bears made a huge mistake slow playing my boy!! Man, Whatchu know bout dem Miami boyz. Let's go U!!! Congrats D Hest; it is and will always be about the U!!

Wow. Hester deserves all the honors.

The guy is all class. It is near impossible to imagine the HOF not recognizing his greatness, especially when it comes from someone so humble and genuine. The post-game interview with Devin and the sideline crew was great TV. That kind of respect will translate when his time comes.

No lie, I saw the game from across the room with no sound, and didn't realize Hester was on the team. Saw him take that punt and turn upfield and I was like **** that dude runs like Devin Hester. lol.

Nobody turns upfield like that. 1 step and cuts at top speed.

If we're putting punters in the HoF now then this man should be a god**** first balloter. Still have never seen better "football speed" in my life. Some of his returns might be as close as you get to art on a field.

If I was a special team's coordinator...

Punter: What do you want me to do coach? They put Hester back there.

Me: Do you see the fat, bald-headed guy with the Matt Ryan jersey on in the 4th row?

Punter: Yes, coach.

Me: Kick it there.

He also performed a reverse George Teague on a former Alabama player. There is Irony in Football.

I always got the feeling that after he got to the pros and STILL couldn't cover Playmaker, Deon wished he had been a Cane. Did we ever lose to criminoles while he was there. I remember Mike dragging him into the endzone during that great comeback up there and then the rap video game. Think about this, Deon fall and away greatest Nole; if he was a Cane are we even talking top five? Ted, Ed, ST, Playmaker, then MAYBE Deon. Heck, even that would leave out Blades and I'm not sure I could do that. Anyway, Congrads Delvin, you get the blood going, man.

Hester is just a humble guy to...puts his head down and goes to work. Plus be is from one of the toughest area in palm beach and everybody respects and looks up to him. I expect him to do well in atl..wanted my fins to get him.

On hard knocks the show...it was a scene for Harry Douglas..and in the background Harry Douglas dad is meeting Hester and dude goes "i can still see.you running down the sideline of the Orange bowl "..you brought the house down that night.

Hester.a true hof

What a ******* honor to watch something that unique. Guy almost brought the Orange Bowl down by himself against UF (kickoff) and then against Louisville (Punt).

One of my favorite moments. This was before I was on grassy so I didn't know who this dude was and bam, looked he was shot out of a cannon.
