I looked it upNope. The doctor who invented it is a quack. There is no parental alienation syndrome.
But, as with all things in life, there are always going to be some cases in which someone lies. There are people who make false allegations that they were robbed, but it's not a syndrome.

*There are actual ICD-10 codes for being bitten by a dolphin, bitten by a cow, pecked by a chicken, and you dont get along with your inlaws... i think there is even one for walking into a pole... it's insane
