NGL, I just don't think Cooper is worth the investment. Has all the measurables but isn't a natural RB. I'd take CharMar over him 10 out of 10 times, and I'll bet UM NIL paid Brown less than half what UTX has committed to Cooper.

The returns say save the money for the portal, get sure fire talent via HS especially along the DL. If the kid wants in, you take him but not for that price. Not sure he is worth half that.
