Just don't have enough bread it is what it is 🤷
That’s BS! That’s pure BS when people come on here and say that. You’re living in the past with that point of view. We have a top seven NIL program in the country. I don’t know how many times people have to say this for people to believe it! We will always have a competitive, if not the biggest offer on the table. What is going on is there is a disconnect between the behind-the-scenes staff and South Florida and that’s what needs to be corrected. Any battle in South Florida that we’ve lost is not because of money.

The word "enough triggered you, but it does not mean broke or struggling. It means that on a scale or in tiers we are below schools with more resources which would align with your theory of 7th.

We lose battles because we have been bad to mediocre for 20 years. In this case the perception matches the reality.

Top seven or even top 10 means everything is pretty much comparable. If there’s a higher offer than us, we have plenty of funds to outbid that offer. When push comes to shove, no one’s going to be able to outspend us and that’s a reality People have to start understanding and that’s a good thing. This isn’t Donna Shalala past UM anymore where sports was treated as a second citizen.

We’ve lost battles because there’s a disconnect between the behind-the-scenes staff and South Florida. We have not lost battles because of money and this whole bad for 20 years BS is nothing but BS because we’ve lost battles two teams that haven’t done crap in their whole existence! So spare me with blaming it on the last 20 years because we just had a great season last season and there’s more to come so that’s irrelevant now because it’s the past, not the present. Get the connection with South Florida back on track again and recruit better, that’s the answer and nothing else.

No it doesn't. That is you being nonsensical. We can't outbid certain schools. We also dont have the funds to land everyone we want. That doesn't mean the school has nothing. You are making baseless claims about us being able to outspend when none of the facts agree.

We do not have the funds to outbid the Texas "oil money" schools, and I am afraid it is not even close. We need to hope in that situation that we have something more to offer the player that is not money related that would win the bid. Those guy have what seems to be an endless supply of money to go around.

Yes.

If you have to have the #1 recruiting class every year just to win all your games, then your coaches should be scrutinized and/or fired.

Somewhere along the way, the coaches should be good enough to take Top 10 recruiting classes to 12 regular season victories. Particularly in the ACC.

Per the Composite, Miami currently has the best recruiting class in the ACC. We had the best recruiting class in the ACC for 2025. We had the best recruiting class in the ACC for 2024. We had the best recruiting class in the ACC for 2023. We had the 3rd-best recruiting class in the ACC for 2022. We had the 2nd-best recruiting class in the ACC for 2021. Clemson has not out-recruited Miami since 2022.

After this year, we will likely never have a regular-season game again versus an SEC or Big 10 team until we join either the SEC or Big 10. Yes, we will semi-occasionally play Notre Dame. Other than that, expect a steady diet of Big 12 and G5 teams.

We've had a chance to flush all the Manny players. This is Mario's team. We absolutely could and should be winning 11 to 12 games each regular season. No excuses. No spin.

And we need to stop worrying about SEC/Big 10 recruiting until we are no longer in the ACC. Soon, many of our recruiting limitations will be removed, and we will be able to compete on an apples-to-apples basis.

When we are in the ballpark, which we likely are a good bit of the time, I really believe it's the ACC…Kids just don't give a **** about this conference right now. It's a 2 conference world right now.

Texas dropped major bags to get the number one linebacker in the country and the number one defensive lineman in the country from UGA You're kidding yourself If they're not offering more money than Miami for Cooper
